Tim Curry as Darkness from the movie Legend Legend is a cool/ weird/ scary/ absurd fantasy movie from 1985.  Ridley Scott directed it which is pretty rad.  I probably haven’t seen it in seven or eight years.  A Young Tom Cruise was in it, blah blah blah.   Well, if you were like me and saw this movie in the late 1980’s (the salad days of childhood if you will), the hulking satanic demon villain named “Darkeness” stuck with you.  He is so dang scary.  I recently discovered that he was played by Tim Curry, which made me go “whaat?” in a high pitched voice.   You know Tim Curry.  He played “Dr. Frank-N-Furter - A Scientist’ in “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”, “Pennywise the Clown” from the Stephen King Mini series “IT”, and my personal favorite Wadsworth (the butler) from the movie “Clue”.  This guy creeps me out but I like it.  Can you imagine this HUGE red devil outside your window?  Christ in a crawl space, you’d crap yourself!
